RETURN POLICY

At Aiwzus, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within **30 days** from the date of delivery[reference:6].

- Items must be postmarked and shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery
- Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- **Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged** — no signs of wear, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or pet hair[reference:7]
- **All original tags and hygiene stickers attached and intact**[reference:8]
- **In original packaging** (polybag, box, etc.)
- **Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase**

We encourage you to try items on for fit, but please keep them in the same condition as when you received them.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are **not eligible for return**:

- Items marked as **"Final Sale"** or **"Clearance"**
- **Intimate apparel** (undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear) — for hygiene reasons
- **Accessories** (jewelry, hair accessories) — unless defective
- **Gift cards**
- **Items returned without original tags or in worn/used condition**

4. HOW TO START A RETURN

Returning your item is easy. Just follow these steps:

**Step 1:** Email us at **hello@aiwzus.com** with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return (this helps us improve!)

**Step 2:** We will send you a return authorization and instructions within **24 hours**.

**Step 3:** Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, include your order number, and ship to the address provided in our return instructions.

**Step 4:** Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within **3-5 business days**[reference:9].

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

- **Customer pays return shipping** — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer[reference:10]
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs

6. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

- Refunds will be issued to your **original payment method**

7. EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help!

- Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item
- If the new item is of higher value, we will charge the difference
- If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference

**Pro tip:** If you need a different size quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item for a refund — this gets your new item to you faster!

8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Contact us within **48 hours of delivery** at **support@mosunjirg.com**
- Include your order number and **photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s)**
- We will send you a replacement at **no additional cost** or issue a full refund, including return shipping[reference:13]

9. FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as **"Final Sale"** or **"Clearance"** cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
